Liebe Pfadfinder*innen,
hier könnt ihr euch für die International Scout Week 2025 in unserem Bundeszentrum Westernohe anmelden.
Neben dem von unserem internationalen Arbeitskreis angebotenen Rahmenprogramm mit einem Willkommensabend, den internationalen Kochtöpfen und einem Campfire-Abend wird es für euch die Gelegenheit geben, selbst kreativ zu sein und andere Pfadfinder*innengruppen zum Beispiel auf euren Zeltplatz zum gemeinsamen Spielen, Kochen oder Singen einzuladen. Ebenso könnt ihr als deutsche Gruppe mit einer internationalen Gruppe eine Begegnung während der Woche planen und für diese Partnerschaft sogar Fördergelder beantragen.

Wer: Nationale und internationale Pfadfinder*innengruppen
Wieviel: 35,00 EUR pro Person für die gesamte Woche (inkl.Zeltplatzgebühr und Programmkosten für das Rahmenprogramm)
Alle anderen Kosten (wie z.B. An- und Abreise, Verpflegung, Materialausleihe, Aktivitäten im Umkreis etc. trägt jeder Stamm selbst)

Anmeldeschluss ist Sonntag, der 04.05.2025.
Bitte beachtet, dass dies keine endgültige Zusage zur International Scout Week ist. Erst wenn ihr eine Bestätigung sowie den auch vom Bundeszentrum Westernohe unterschriebenen Belegungsvertrag erhalten habt, ist eure Anmeldung endgültig bestätigt.

Dear scouts and guides,
You can register here for the International Scout Week 2025 that will take place at our national campsite in Westernohe.
Throughout the International Scout Week we want you to experience the international dimension of Scouting at our national scout centre in Westernohe. Our international team will offer programme points, such as a welcome evening, the international pots and a campfire evening. You will also have the possibility to be engaged creatively by inviting other scout groups to your campsite for playing, cooking and singing. If you are interested, we can help you to find a German scout group as project partner and to organise your camp together (there is the possibility for the German group to apply for funds for the common project).
When: 02/08 - 09/08/2025
Where: DPSG Bundeszentrum Westernohe, Zum Weitstein 50, 56479 Westernohe, Germany
Who: German and international scout groups
Participation fee: 35,00 EUR per person for the whole period of the International Scout Week (includes the campsite and the program fees). Other costs as travel costs, food, rental of material, other activities etc. are in charge of your group

Closing date for registration: Sunday, 04/05/2025
Please note that this is not a final confirmation for your participation at the International Scout Week. Only after having received the final confirmation and the booking agreeement signed by both, your Scout group and our national scout center, your participation is finally confirmed.
